Audi A6 e-tron

Audi has introduced the new A6 e-tron and it sets a new standard in design and range.

The new e-tron will be Audi's first fully electric model offered in both Sportback and Avant variants. *Available to order in the UK from September 2, 2024.

The exterior is powerful, sporty, and perfectly balanced, and depending on the trim level, the A6 e-tron comes with various innovative features, including second-generation virtual exterior mirrors, a panoramic glass roof that can turn opaque at the touch of a button, and illuminated rear rings.

The A6 e-tron performance models, which are rear-wheel drive, offer a system output of up to 367 PS (270 kW) and can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 5.4 seconds, reaching a top speed of 130 mph.

The S6 Sportback/Avant e-tron models feature quattro all-wheel drive and provide a system output of 503 PS (370 kW), with the potential to reach up to 550 PS (405 kW) with launch control. This configuration allows for a 0-62 mph time of 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 149 mph. Additional models with either rear-wheel drive or quattro all-wheel drive will be introduced later.

Thanks to its 800-volt technology and standard maximum DC charging capacity of 270 kW, the Audi A6 e-tron enables quick charging stops. The A6 Sportback e-tron performance can be recharged at a suitable High-Power Charging (HPC) station to provide up to 192 miles of range in just 10 minutes.

The exterior design of the Audi A6 e-tron varies between the Sport, S line, and S models.

Up to eight exterior colours are offered at launch, including the standard Magnetic Grey Solid, as well as Glacier White Metallic, Typhoon Grey Metallic, and Mythos Black Metallic, all highlighting the car’s powerful and progressive styling. Additionally, Plasma Blue Metallic and Malpelo Blue Metallic are available, with Daytona Grey Pearl Effect and Siam Beige Metallic being exclusive to the S line and S models.

The Audi A6 e-tron comes standard with 20-inch five-twin spoke wheels, while the S line variant features 20-inch "five-spoke tripod" wheels.

The S6 e-tron is equipped with 21-inch wheels as standard. There are eight unique wheel designs available, ranging from sporty to elegant, including six options from Audi Sport.

The interior of the Audi A6 e-tron is thoughtfully designed to cater to the users’ needs.

The MMI panoramic display features a curved design with OLED technology and includes an 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit and a 14.5-inch MMI touch display. Along with the 10.9-inch MMI front passenger display, it creates a visually striking digital interface.

The infotainment system operates on Android Automotive OS. The A6 e-tron updates its content through over-the-air updates, ensuring that the latest Audi connect services and the standard enhanced e-tron route planner are always current.

An optional, innovative panoramic glass roof further enhances the vehicles. Unlike previous versions, this smart glass roof reduces direct sunlight and can become opaque at the touch of a button.
