On Friday, 26th June, Agnew Volkswagen and Agnew Škoda Belfast enjoyed an official visit from Damien O’Sullivan, Volkswagen Group UK Managing Director, accompanied by James Tyers, Head of Network Development.
The visit was an opportunity for the Belfast team to showcase the business, facilities, and people. Since its launch in December, our approach has been heralded as the benchmark of how dual-branded Volkswagen Group retailers look, operate, and work seamlessly for colleagues and customers.
It’s been several years since the last visit of the Volkswagen Group Managing Director, so it was a chance to show how the Agnew business has evolved with the introduction of Škoda, and wider investment in the additional Approved Used car site adjacent.

Damien was able to officially open this site on Friday, and the feedback on this, our showrooms, workshops, aftersales and accounts areas of the business was all positive. While interacting with many of the team he was also able to determine and feedback on the positive vibes and professionalism of the entire Agnew team.
