Agnew was established in 1931 by The Agnew Family.

Agnew became part of the Sytner Group of companies in 2012, the UK’s largest motor retailer, which in turn is owned by the Penske Automotive Group, USA whose shares are listed on NYSE.

Agnew operates 12 dealerships in the areas of Belfast, Newtownabbey and Portadown, representing 7 manufacturer brands including; Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Volvo and Volkswagen.

We also operate Agnew Leasing (Contract Hire & Leasing), TPS (Volkswagen Group Trade Parts), Agnew Repair Centre (Bodyshop), Agnew Trade Centre (Trade Auction Site) and Agnew Car Buyer.

Corporate Intiatives & Projects

Agnew has announced a further 2-year partnership into 2024/25 with the local mental health charity MindWise NI and the Beyond Bricks Programme.

The programme has made a significant impact, assisting the charity in delivering 40 classes, benefiting 80 school staff, and impacting the lives of 1000 young people so far.
