An MOT is a mandatory vehicle test which checks a range of vehicle parts such as the braking and fuel system to the vehicle lights, seatbelts and exhaust. The test consists of numerous safety and emission related tests to ensure your vehicle is working correctly.
In Northern Ireland it is a must for an annual MOT inspection for any vehicle 4 years or older.
If your MINI is more than four years old and due an MOT, book in for a Pre-MOT Check at Bavarian MINI for only £39.99 (RRP £69) to make sure that your MINI passes with flying colours.
Your Pre-MOT Check is a comprehensive check, where we report on everything such as headlight alignment, dashboard warning lights and windscreen & wiper blades to give you total peace of mind before your MOT.
At Bavarian MINI, your MINI is tested by MINI Approved and Trained Specialists and if we find a problem, we will fix it on the spot, if possible.
These repairs will be made with Genuine MINI Parts to make sure your MINI stays in the best condition possible. Your vehicle will be returned washed and vacuumed, leaving it as good as new, ready for its MOT.

These MOT wishes are granted for those fortunate ones who own a MINI under four years old. In the most unusual event of your MINI not passing its first MOT, you shall feel no pain in your pocket. We will grant you the cost of repair or replacement on an array of bits and bobs (including your lamps) if they caused the failure of your test.
MOT Protect is valid for the vehicle’s first MOT only. Cost of MOT test or re-test, wheels, tyres, windscreen, brake pads and discs, modified/non MINI components, failure as a result of neglect and MOT advisories are not covered by MOT Protect. Repairs must be carried out by a MINI Approved Dealership within 30 days of the MOT inspection failure.
