Comprehensive Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 3 years with any new Mercedes-Benz or 1 year with all Approved Used cars.

Cover is also available for customers with cars registered from 24 October 1998** and is automatically activated/renewed on completion of a service by a Mercedes-Benz Retailer.

Our comprehensive policy covers you no matter what your problem:

If you can’t start your car or continue your journey for technical, safety or legal reasons, we’ll come and get you up and running.

Regardless of fault, we’ll be there when you have an accident to make sure you get where you need to go.

If you suffer a puncture, lose your keys or run out of petrol, you’re covered.

If your journey is impeded for technical, safety or legal reasons after vandalism, we’ll be there.

Renewing Your Cover.

To maintain the cover after the complimentary period, all you must do is continue servicing your car with either Belfast or Portadown. You’ll receive a renewal notification to confirm cover has been extended for another 12 months on completion of a full Mercedes-Benz Recommended Service.
