If your vehicle falls outside of the parameters above we also work closely with a local agent “CCRS” who will be able to assist you 24 hours a day– 02891450200 (this service will be chargeable at the roadside directly by this third party, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage by any third party).

Is my vehicle covered?

All new Audi models come with a 3 year roadside assistance package and our used cars come with one year as standard. If you hold an Audi “all-in” maintenance package you have the benefit of 2 years assistant from the date of activation.

We work with the AA to give you the support of qualified, dedicated Volkswagen group technicians, in specifically equipped vehicles. Were ready to get you back in the road 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
