Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Warranty
A comprehensive Warranty is provided for every Approved Used Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle. For vehicles under 3 years old a 12-month Warranty is provided. 3 to 6 year old vehicles receive a 6-month Warranty. And vehicles under 2 years old will still have the Factory Warranty present which lasts until the vehicle is 3 years old or reaches 100,000 miles.
The warranty covers parts and labour for the repair or replacement of eligible components.

Roadside Assistance
While your vehicle is within warranty enjoy the benefits of 24/7 roadside assistance, so should the unfortunate happen you know help is on hand. This is available across the UK and in many European countries. This package provides cover at home, work, vehicle recovery and if necessary onward travel.

Multi-point check*
Our Volkswagen trained technicians complete a 112 point workshop inspection and test drive of every vehicle before it becomes an Approved Used Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle. We only use Volkswagen genuine parts should any reconditioning be undertaken. You can be sure that the vehicle is at optimum working order and ready to get started.

Independent vehicle history and mileage checks**
To ensure there are no hidden surprises every vehicle is run through a number of checks to verify registration, service history and mileage. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the vehicle and provide a certificate to confirm the checks have been completed for complete peace of mind.
MOT Cover
All our Approved Used vehicles come with complimentary MOT Cover. MOT Cover will provide insurance for up to 12 months, depending on the age of the vehicle and will cover the cost of repairs for up to £750 if your vehicle fails its next MOT. You will need to pay the first £10 towards any claim (the excess).

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Complimentary 5 Day Insurance
When you buy an Approved Used van from us, you can drive away with our five day complimentary insurance.
Subject to eligibility. Five day Drive Away Insurance cannot be used in conjunction with any other insurance offer. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Insurance is arranged by U K Insurance Business Solutions Limited and underwritten by U K Insurance Limited.
No Quibble exchange policy***
If you are not completely satisfied with your Commercial Vehicle, or it does not exactly match your business requirements, you can exchange it for another vehicle of the same, or higher value (you’ll have to cover the difference). If the purchased vehicle is under 3 years old you have 30 days to return and before you have driven 1,000. If the vehicle is over 3 years old then you have 7 days plus the 1,000 limit applies. **Vehicle data, mileage and history checks are not applied to vehicles registered in the Isle of Man.
*** Only available at the Van Centre supplying the original vehicle. As long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when collected, the vehicle has not covered more than 1,000 miles from purchase, and the customer pays any additional balance. Vehicles under three years old must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Vehicles over three years old must be returned within seven days of purchase. This does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
