Do I have to bring my car to you?

Not always, we can work with you. Should you require us to pick-up your vehicle, please contact us for more information.

How do I arrange a consultation?

Will you collect my car?

Yes, usually unless there are some extenuating circumstances, please refer to our terms & conditions to check .

I’ve lost my V5 will you be able to buy my car?

No, but you can simply go onto DVLA, order a new one and then get in touch with us.

I have outstanding finance can you buy my car?

Yes, we can still buy your car. Contact us for more information.

Can I sell with a cherished plate?

Yes we will handle this for you, if need be, through the DVLA process (please see in our terms and conditions details on fees that will apply if we are required to manage this process)

Can I sell on behalf of someone who is deceased?

Yes subject to proof of identity.

Are there particular cars you are in interested in buying?

Yes, we are in the market to only buy cars up to 7 years old, one of the following brands Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, smart, Volvo, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and with a maximum of 70,000 miles.

Is there a transaction fee?

No, after the completion of the transaction we can transfer the money direct to your account within 3 days without any fees.
