The BMW 4 Series Coupé M Performance model boasts a new design with a single-section kidney grille that gives it a high-performance look and draws attention to the model's front end.

The sleek and modern rear light design is easily recognizable thanks to its vertical elements of the daytime driving lights. Moreover, this is the first BMW vehicle to incorporate high-precision laser taillights as part of the rear lights. You can also opt for Adaptive LED Headlights, which are available as an option.

Interior

Standard-fitted sport seats and newly designed steering wheels feed into the intensity of the driving experience in the new BMW 4 Series Coupé. The optional Bicolour Black Vernasca Leather with red highlights emphasizes the seat contours and gives the interior a sporty atmosphere.

Driving Dynamics

The BMW 4 Series Coupé provides exciting driving pleasures and is prepared for every challenge.

TwinPower Turbo Technology

The new BMW 4 Series range offers a variety of powerful and highly efficient petrol engines, which are equipped with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology. Additionally, 48V mild hybrid technology is included in the range, providing electrification. The shift paddles located on the steering wheel enable quick manual interventions in the gear selection process, enhancing the dynamic driving experience.

BMW xDrive

Both series of BMW M Performance cars are equipped with straight-six engines. The engine's power is transmitted to the car through either the traditional rear-wheel drive or the BMW xDrive intelligent all-wheel-drive system, which is installed in the M440i models. The BMW xDrive all-wheel drive system efficiently and flexibly distributes driving power to the front and rear wheels, enhancing traction and driving dynamics.

Steptronic Sport transmission

M Sport suspension with variable sport steering is included as standard equipment on the range-topping models. The models also come with an eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission featuring an ultra-sharp shift action, M Sport brakes, and the M Sport differential.

Driving Assistant Professional

The optional Driving Assistant Professional offers optimum comfort and safety during critical or monotonous traffic situations. Apart from the contents of the Driving Assistant, it also includes Steering and Lane Control Assistant with extended functions, Emergency Stop Assistant and Lane Keeping Assistant with active side collision protection.

Parking Assistant Plus

The optional Parking Assistant Plus makes parking and manoeuvring the vehicle easier. It includes the Surround View system with Top View, Panorama View, Remote 3D View, a lateral parking aid, Active Park Distance Control with emergency braking function, Parking Assistant with longitudinal and lateral guidance, and Reversing Assistant.

BMW iDrive with QuickSelect

The latest version of BMW Operating System 8.5 has an improved home screen that shows the navigation system's map view or other customized graphics on the control display. The widgets appear on the driver's side of the screen in a vertical arrangement, and you can switch between them by swiping your finger vertically. The QuickSelect feature lets you activate the selected function directly without having to navigate through submenus.
